How it works

Connect and set your tone

Connect your Google Business Profile, add your Yelp and TripAdvisor pages, and pick a tone (warm, upbeat, formal or playful) plus your own notes. Change it anytime.

We draft, you get a ping

When a review comes in, Tablepeak drafts a reply that mentions what the guest actually said and sends it to you by email or text. Serious reviews (health, legal, discrimination) are held and flagged right away.

Approve in one tap

Approve, edit or skip from your phone. Google replies post automatically once you approve. For Yelp and TripAdvisor you get the reply ready to paste, with a one-tap copy button and a link to the review.

Real sample replies

These are unedited drafts from our reply engine, written for synthetic test reviews using a family pizzeria's settings. We swapped in a fictional business name (Maple Street Pizza) and a fictional 555 phone number.

★★★★★ Happy regular

“We took the kids for family night and it did not disappoint. Crust was blistered and chewy, pepperoni was perfect, and the guy at the counter remembered our usual. Easily our favorite spot in the neighborhood.”

Drafted reply

Thank you, Priya. We're glad the blistered chewy crust and that perfect pepperoni hit the spot for family night. It means a lot that our guy remembered your usual order. See you next time. — Maple Street Pizza

What happened: Sent to the owner to approve.

★★★☆☆ Mixed review

“Pizza itself was solid — crust had a nice chew and the pepperoni wasnt greasy. Only real miss was the wait. We ordered takeout and it sat maybe 15 minutes past the time they gave us, so the slices were lukewarm by the time we got home. Staff was friendly though, family place vibe. Would go back on a slower night.”

Drafted reply

Thanks for the kind words on the crust and pepperoni, Priya. We're sorry the takeout ran about 15 minutes late and arrived lukewarm. We'd like to hear more, so please call 555-010-0123 or come in and ask for the manager. See you next time. — Maple Street Pizza

What happened: Sent to the owner to approve.

★★☆☆☆ Refund demand

“Ordered a large pepperoni for the kids and it showed up lukewarm with a soggy middle and barely any cheese. We called and the guy on the phone basically shrugged it off. Not spending $28 on that again — I want a refund or a free replacement pizza.”

Drafted reply

We're sorry to hear your large pepperoni arrived lukewarm with a soggy middle and little cheese. We're also sorry the phone call felt dismissive. Please call 555-010-0123 or come in and ask for the manager so we can hear more and look into it. — Maple Street Pizza

What happened: Owner alerted; no refund or freebie offered.

★☆☆☆☆ Health complaint

“Took the kids here after soccer and we all ended up sick. Pizza tasted fine at the table, then around 2am my son was throwing up and I had the worst stomach cramps. Spent the next day miserable. Really bummed, it seemed like a nice little family spot.”

Drafted reply

We're sorry to hear your family got so sick after eating here, and that it ruined the next day for you and your son. We take this very seriously. Please call us at 555-010-0123 or come in and ask for the manager so we can hear more and look into it. — Maple Street Pizza

What happened: Held + instant owner alert by text and email; nothing posts without the owner.

Built not to make things worse

  • Never offers refunds, discounts or freebies in a public reply. Comps are your call, made in person.
  • Never admits fault or liability, and never argues with or accuses a guest.
  • Escalates serious reviews instantly. Health, legal threats and discrimination are held and you get a text and an email. Nothing posts without you.
  • Suspected fake or off-topic reviews are held for you, not answered automatically.
  • You set the tone and the words to never use, and you can change them anytime.
  • Doesn't make things up. Drafts are checked for claims that aren't in your business facts (delivery, specials, "homemade", promises about a day or time) and for personal info like phone numbers.
  • Your private contacts stay private. The phone and email we alert you on never appear in a reply.
  • You approve everything by default. Auto-posting is opt-in and only for low-risk 4–5★ Google reviews.
